Agencies Issue Guidance on Coverage of OTC COVID Tests

LeadingAge is gathering the most up-to-date resources on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Interim Final Rules mandating COVID-19 vaccination for organizations with more than 100 employees and all staff in CMS-certified settings. In partnership with Pathway Health, LeadingAge created a template of policy and procedures for the CMS Vaccine Mandate that nursing homes can use to outline elements of the plans required by the rules. This appointment follows Adam Marles’ decision to step down and the LeadingAge PA Board of Directors commenced a search for a permanent CEO. -
