Our History

LeadingAge PA was established in 1963 with a vision of providing the services and supports needed by senior living communities across Pennsylvania without a strong, collective voice.

True to our founders' vision, our team remains steadfast in our commitment to advocating on behalf of our members and ensuring they have what they need to meet the ever-changing demands of providers.

Our members all strive to meet the social, physical, and spiritual needs of older adults, and help our most vulnerable Pennsylvanians achieve the dignity and quality of life they deserve.
