Description:

In today's competitive landscape, it's not enough to simply satisfy customers—organizations must go beyond, aiming to truly understand and delight them. In this session, Sheetz's Digital Portfolio Manager will engage with aging services CEOs to explore strategies that elevate customer experience. The discussion will focus on deep customer understanding, identifying and solving customer pain points, and implementing enterprise-wide strategies that apply to residents, clients, and staff. This session will offer actionable, data-driven insights on how aging services organizations can create lasting impact through customer satisfaction.

Objectives:

1. Examine techniques for gathering actionable insights on customer behavior, preferences, and challenges.

 2. Identify issues and design solutions that not only address concerns but also anticipate future needs to enhance overall customer delight.

 3. Develop practical strategies to integrate these insights throughout the organization, ensuring they create meaningful and scalable benefits for customers and staff.

Rachel Alden
Rachel Alden is a lifelong Pennsylvania resident who began her journey in the Greater Harrisburg Area while attending Messiah University. After building a foundation in marketing, grant writing, and nonprofit development, she transitioned into the tech industry in 2014, working with companies focused on home health, hospice, and home care solutions. In 2019, Rachel joined Sheetz, where she leads the Consumer Digital product portfolio, overseeing all customer-facing digital products, including mobile apps, website, e-commerce, in-store ordering kiosks, and delivery partner integrations. She also manages the Sheetz e-commerce and delivery programs, consistently driving innovation to enhance both customer and employee experiences. Passionate about promoting technology for a Pennsylvania-based company and advocating for women in tech, Rachel enjoys life in Camp Hill with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
