• Community Engagement Needs Assessments: How Life Plan Communities Can Broaden Their Influence and Impact Beyond Their Four Walls. Presented by: Christine Fares Walley, President, Holleran

With non-profit hospital systems' tax-exempt status coming under scrutiny, senior living organizations should be prepared to face similar scrutiny in the years ahead. Get ahead of these questions while identifying ways to expand your mission by exploring a Community Engagement Needs Assessment.

This session will introduce the Community Engagement Needs Assessment (CENA) which is designed to uncover a wealth of data around the aging experience in the greater community. The Assessment is key to strategic planning because it provides data to support initiatives and insights related to the needs of older adults in the wider community including the identification of gaps in service and barriers to access for vulnerable populations.

Christine will share both primary and secondary data for Pennsylvania and offer insights into how your communities can leverage its findings on a statewide and local level.
