(March x, 2023) – LeadingAge PA, an association representing more than 370 aging services providers, including many who operate nonprofit nursing homes, sent a letter to U.S. Senator Bob Casey Jr. outlining their concerns about a proposed federal staffing requirement by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for skilled nursing providers.

LeadingAge PA is excited to announce the 2022 Distinguished Service Award winners. Established in 1973, the Distinguished Service Awards honor the exemplary contributions of individuals and groups from member organizations who are enhancing the aging services field through their involvement, innovation, leadership and advocacy.

A recent partnership agreement between LeadingAge PA and Marywood University now allows LeadingAge PA member organizations to provide their employees with discounted tuition in several programs.
