    One of our favorite things about the new year is wrapping up our annual Member Calendar and sending it out to all of our members to share in their communities! Our communications and member services teams begin meeting as early as July to plan the new theme and call for submissions.

When I first entered senior services, my only experience with long-term care was visiting the local county home as a child to sing Christmas carols to the residents.
