The Industry-Specific Compliance Program Guidance (ISCPG) builds on the General Compliance Program Guidance (GCPG) from late 2023. Key changes include the incorporation of risk assessments, emphasis on resident safety and quality, enhanced oversight and leadership expectations, and a clearer role for compliance officers. To assist, this session highlights these updates and provides practical approaches to establishing a comprehensive program that meets compliance expectations.
