SALES COUNSELOR

The Philadelphia Protestant Home (PPH), a VIBRANT senior living community located in Northeast Philadelphia, is seeking a dynamic Sales Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by fostering strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Duties
- Conduct sales presentations and tours to potential residents and family members
- Manage and grow existing sales through regular follow-ups
- Utilize sales software to track leads and customer interactions
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling and networking
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure resident satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Skills
- Proven experience in direct senior living sales and/or marketing
- Proficiency in sales software for tracking and managing leads
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Ability to manage territories effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly
