REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - EASTERN, PA!

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for coordinating and directing the operations of Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC’s) in the Eastern PA region. This position is responsible for overseeing the execution of policies and procedures across key functions, including marketing, finance, clinical services, and human resources, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operational Performance: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of all facilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and people-centered care.
• Policy Development: Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and compliance.
• Fiscal Management: Develop and manage regional budgets, oversee financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
• Leadership and Team Motivation: Provide strong leadership to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Adaptability: Navigate and adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory environments.
• Quality Care: Drive high-quality care initiatives, ensuring the best outcomes for residents.
