Ephrata Manor, a faith-based, continuing care retirement community with a commitment to exceptional resident care is currently accepting applications for an Executive Director/NHA. This is a full-time exempt position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer/VP of Operations.
The Executive Director oversees, facilitates, and directs the operations of the independent living, personal care, and skill care communities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Qualifications
A valid PA NHA license and three years of successful NHA experience are required. The ideal candidate will have the ability to promote effective working relationships, ensure quality, compassionate resident care, and work within the financial framework and overall objectives established by United Church of Christ Homes.
