Position Overview:

As Executive Director, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to advance Phoebe Allentown’s legacy of care. This 22-acre campus offers a full spectrum of services, including: Independent Living, Personal Care, and Healthcare to include Memory Care and Outpatient Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure excellence in resident care and service delivery.
  • Drive recruitment, retention, and development initiatives to maintain an engaged workforce.
  • Partner with leadership to implement innovative programs that enhance quality of life for residents.
  • Collaborate on future planning, focusing on growth initiatives and strategic campus improvements.
  • Build positive relationships with union representatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Oversee budget management, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging employee feedback and promoting innovation.
  • Promote community engagement and strengthen partnerships with local organizations.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Base Salary

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Pennsylvania (or eligible for reciprocity).
  • Personal Care Certificate to be obtained within six months of hire.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
  • 5 years of experience managing multi-department operations, preferably in a CCRC setting.
  • Proven ability to embrace change, inspire innovation, and lead with emotional intelligence.
