Job Summary: Community LIFE’s Human Resources Director is responsible for oversite of the human capital strategies in support of the strategic direction of the organization. This person will be responsible for talent management and the organization's total reward program. Additionally, will oversee the HR, volunteer, student programs, and Education department. Oversees the employee cycle (from onboarding through exits), employee relations, staff training and development, data and record management, total reward administration, and regulatory compliance. He or she will be a strategic partner with the organization's leadership team and will serve as a consultant across the organization in all HR-related matters.

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline. Advanced Degree in related field desired.

Required Experience: 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Employee Relations Consultant, preferably in a health system.

Required Certifications/Licensing: Professional certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR).
