We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Corporate Compliance Administrator. Responsibilities include establishing, implementing, and maintaining code of conduct and compliance/privacy standards, policies and procedures in accordance with governmental laws, rules, and regulations; developing, coordinating, and participating in educational and training programs on essential elements of compliance, ensuring all employees, volunteers, contractors and management understand and comply; developing and implementing internal corporate compliance assessment, audit and monitor standards/systems, conducting. audits, as appropriate; conducting investigations and acting on matters related to compliance including policy development, coordination of internal investigations, and corrective actions; and, serving as compliance/privacy/security consultant to senior management and the organization's six locations.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate will be a PA licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) with at least two years of experience as an NHA in a long-term care facility. Experience in the field of corporate compliance is preferred.
