What You Would Bring:
- Current Pennsylvania State LNHA
- 4-Year College Diploma in Social Services, Business Admin, Hospitality or another related field
- At least 6-7 years of experience in Senior Care or similar healthcare background
- At least 4-5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of skilled nursing, personal care in a high-volume building
- Experience leading multiple departments and levels of care in a Nursing Home environment
- Able to solve problems effectively and efficiently

The Chief Operating Officer (COO/NHA) is responsible for the day-to-day operating activities of Peter Becker Community including revenue growth, expense control, adherence to operating benchmarks, risk management and compliance with all applicable regulations. This individual will participate in the establishment of the strategic plan and then be responsible for the establishment and implementation of the annual operating plan that will enable Peter Becker Community to meet its strategic initiatives. The Corporate Compliance Officer serves as the Nursing Home Administrator for Peter Becker Community and ensures quality of care for residents; fair and equitable treatment and utilization of staff; and organizational compliance with facility policies and procedures and state and federal regulations.
