We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assisted Living Administrator to lead our assisted living community at Simpson. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and fostering a culture of excellence in resident care.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and strategic direction to the assisted living team.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.

Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation efficiently.

Oversee resident care services, ensuring high-quality and person-centered care.

Hire, train, and manage staff to maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with Simpson’s mission and values.

Foster relationships with residents, families, and staff to promote a strong community culture.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, vendors, and external partners to enhance services.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements:
Education or Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, Registrations:

· PA ALA – Assisted Living Administrator License (PA 2800)
Related Skills and Experience:
· Proven experience in a leadership role within a senior living or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of seniors.
