Primary responsibilities include managing several departments (Grounds, Maintenance, Plant Operations, Campus Responders, and Transportation) on a 500-acre, multi-building property. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, knowledge of the trades associated with this position, budget management, attention to detail, good people and organizational skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management or related field.
- Minimum five years’ experience in facilities management along with five years’ management experience to include supervision of skilled craftspeople.
- Knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, grounds, automotive, and transportation operations.
- Engineering degree preferred. Strong leadership ability.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of operations and capital budget process.
- Basic computer skills necessary.

Must maintain a valid driver’s license in the state of residence and be insurable by the Kendal Crosslands Communities insurance.
