Gourley Named Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Office

CAMP HILL (PA) – The Board of Directors of United Church of Christ Homes (UCC Homes), recently announced that Ron Gourley has been appointed as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of UCC Home and assumed the role in September 2024.

Gourley, Senior Accountant for UCC Homes for 24 and a half years, succeeded Larry Kilpatrick, who retired after a 26-year tenure with the organization. Gourley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University. Gourley is an avid sports fan who enjoys watching the Philadelphia Phillies, Penn State Athletics, and Lower Dauphin High School. He coached baseball for 28 years, which included 20 years as an assistant on the Lower Dauphin High School baseball staff.

A native of Hummelstown, PA, he currently resides in Hershey with his wife, Stephanie. They love traveling and spending time with family and friends, especially their granddaughter, Charlotte.
