LeadingAge Pa Welcomes Seth C. Anthony as Vice President of Member Excellence

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (February 18, 2025) — LeadingAge PA is pleased to announce that Seth C. Anthony has joined the Association as Vice President of Member Excellence. In this position, Anthony will focus on building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective members while helping to identify and develop ways to best support aging services providers in Pennsylvania.

Anthony brings significant experience to his role, having previously served as Chief of Staff at LW Consulting, Inc., where he managed sales, marketing, and human resources while enhancing operational efficiency. Before that, he held leadership positions in the aging services sector, overseeing sales and business development for a national business intelligence consultancy for senior living providers. Earlier in his career, Anthony directed communications at a boutique advertising firm targeting older consumers, and he began his journey as a LeadingAge PA member at Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania, focusing on public relations and digital communications.

Anthony. “I look forward to collaborating with our members to address the unique challenges and opportunities they face as they provide excellent care and services for older Pennsylvanians.” 

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Organizational Management from Capella University.
