Christ’s Home Retirement Community Opens New Building
WARMINSTER, Pa. (May 30, 2024) – Christ’s Home Retirement Community held a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony on May 29th, 2024, to officially open its new 82,000-square-foot addition. This building provides 30 new independent living apartments, expanded dining, an outdoor terrace, a new social hall, a physicians’ office suite, a lobby, an exercise room, a community room, and a cinema.
The project took 18 months to construct. Partners included Lenhardt Rogers Architecture/Interiors, Bohler Engineering, and Harkins Builders as the General Contractor. Construction financing was provided by Quakertown National Bank.
Christ’s Home’s Chief Executive Officer, Jim McGovern, shared, “This new building provides so many new amenities to enhance the quality of daily living for all our residents.” Chief Governance Officer John Bryant added, “This project has been in the planning stages for several years.
