Providence Point Earns Best Independent Living Title From U.S. News & World Report
Pittsburgh, PA — April 16, 2024 — BaptistSeniorFamily.org Providence Point has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a 2024 Best Independent Living community within the 2024 Best Senior Living ratings.
Providence Point was selected based on several criteria, including residents’ and family members’ satisfaction with safety, care, community management, staff, value, and other services and amenities provided.
“It is truly an honor to be recognized on a national level for the consideration and hard work that contributes to life at Providence Point,” said Timothy L. Myers, Baptist Senior Family President and CEO. “As we prepare to open our newest neighborhood at Providence Point, Franklin Court, in late May, we’re pleased to hear our residents and their family members are living life uplifted every day. We look forward to welcoming new residents into the Franklin Court neighborhood so they, too, can experience a fulfilling life at Providence Point.”
Only communities that satisfy the U.S. News’ statistical assessment of performance on consumer satisfaction surveys administered in the two previous calendar years earn the recognition in the Best Senior Living Community. Only the highest-rated communities in each care level earned a “Best” rating.
“Best Senior Living reflects U.S News’ commitment to helping families navigate the important—albeit time-consuming—decision of researching and choosing a senior living community through trusted, data-backed community ratings,” said Sumita Singh, general manager of Health at U.S. News. “We are proud to recognize those communities that stand out as ‘Best’ by providing exceptional care and satisfaction, as directly expressed by residents and family members of residents who live and thrive in our community.”
