LeadingAge PA partners with Drexel University Online in support of senior services workforce initiatives
MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (July 12, 2021) - As part of the strong strides LeadingAge PA is taking to support members in workforce challenges, a new agreement with Drexel University Online provides special tuition rates for LeadingAge PA members through its Higher Education Partnership Program (HEPP).
With this collaboration, both LeadingAge PA members and their immediate family will receive 10-52% off the regular on-campus tuition rates for online programs at Drexel University Online--the top-ranked university for innovations in higher education.
"Drexel University is thrilled to be able to have partnered with LeadingAge PA in order to provide continuous and adaptable learning opportunities for their members," says Anna Koulas, vice president of the Drexel Solutions Institute, which serves as a conduit for Drexel University's corporate partners and works with companies like LeadingAge PA to provide innovative business solutions including top-tier talent pipeline needs, customized training and development programs, as well as interdisciplinary research-based solutions, which draw upon Drexel's world renowned R1-research capabilities.
Partnering with educational institutions like Drexel University is only one of LeadingAge PA's newest workforce initiatives in support of members' difficulties with recruiting and retaining quality staff, particularly as they are emerging from the pandemic.
