LeadingAge PA welcomes Jennifer Caldwell as executive assistant
MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (June 1, 2021) - LeadingAge PA is excited to announce our newest team member, Jennifer Caldwell, executive assistant!
Caldwell has nearly 10 years of experience working in aging services. As a sales and marketing move-in coordinator for Bethany Village for the past eight years, she cultivated relationships with residents and families to ensure a smooth transition to senior living. In this role, Caldwell was also responsible for welcoming new hires, leading orientations, and instilling knowledge of policies to help new staff succeed. Prior to this, Caldwell began her senior services career as one of Bethany Village's facility billing counselors.
A Duncannon native, Caldwell is inspired by those who show compassion and goodwill towards others. With numerous accolades for her customer service, she has been recognized for "going the extra mile." She is looking forward to joining LeadingAge PA and offering this same friendly assistance to members. With almost 20 years of administrative experience--including human resources, accounting, and executive leadership support--she is excited to bring her talents to the Association to champion its members and initiatives.
