Celebrating Membership and the 2022 Calendar

Happy 2022!

One of our favorite things about the new year is wrapping up our annual Member Calendar and sending it out to all of our members to share in their communities! Our communications and member services teams begin meeting as early as July to plan the new theme and call for submissions.

If you aren’t aware, our member calendar features real staff and residents from our membership communities across Pennsylvania. It’s an opportunity to spotlight the reason our Association exists –our members – and the incredible things they do.

In the 2022 calendar, we selected 12 meaningful words to the LeadingAge PA team and our member organizations that help us thrive – and move “Always Forward,” as is this year’s theme. Leadership, Community, and Education are just a few. Members graciously shared photos and stories from their communities based on these 12 words and our team had the difficult task of selecting which would be featured in the printed calendar.

Since all of the submissions were great representations of long-term care and our member communities, we have included all on our website! And for the first time, we are also offering the ability to purchase additional copies of the calendar as this is an annual request from many residents and family members. We’re thrilled so many share our enthusiasm for this annual project!
