Len Weiser is a strategic, visionary, forward-thinking, collaborative leader with more than 25 years experience leading and developing teams. His primary focus has been in the field of senior services (health care and housing), growing communities and focusing on abilities rather than inabilities. He is currently serving as Adjunct Faculty in the graduate Health Care Administration program focusing on Aging Services at Wilmington University in Delaware. Previously, Len served for five years as the President & CEO of White Horse Village in Newtown Square beginning in 2018. His impressive career in for-profit and nonprofit senior living organizations include roles as Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and Nursing Home Administrator. Beyond his professional roles, Len has served on nonprofit boards and presented at state and national conferences, where he shares insights on strategic planning, leading change initiatives, and leadership development.
