Les Strech is the President of Thrive Senior Living.  Over the last decade Thrive has developed and operated more than 35 ground up developments of luxury apartments, cottages and homes for older adults across the southeast, mid-Atlantic and Northeast.  Thrive currently has almost 1000 team members and operates almost a half billion dollars of senior living real estate in 7 states.

Les is coming up on 20 years of marriage to his college sweetheart Emily.  They have 4 kids ranging from 16 years old to 11 years old.  They live in Atlanta, GA where he actively coaches travel basketball and baseball.

Three surprising facts to know about Les: (1) He is the oldest of 8 children and all the names start with “L”, (2) he has an absolutely never miss it, standing appointment with his barber every 7 days and (3) you will never find him with a coat on without a pocket square in the breast pocket.
