Prior to leading InsureOne as of January 2021, Frank led the Affinity Group & Emerging Market book of business at Oswald Companies. In addition to extensive product and carrier knowledge, his benefits expertise has included development of integrated health management strategies comprised of extensive use of consumer driven plans and innovations like the ezICHRA platform.
