Zach Peirson is the Vice President of Program Management at Benecon, overseeing cost-containment strategies across public and private sector programs. Peirson also serves on the Board of Directors for the Lancaster County Convention Center Authority and has extensive experience in government, consulting, and campaign management. Since 2015, he has owned and operated Junto Associates, Ltd., providing consulting and web development services. 

 

Peirson holds an MBA from Villanova University and dual bachelor's degrees in Government & Political Affairs and Business Management from Millersville University.
