Kate Munson, Corporate Director of Menu Management for Cura Hospitality has worked in contract food services for more than 13 years and started her career as a Food Service Director and Registered Dietitian in a long-term care community. Kate is an active member of the Minnesota Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (MAND) and has previously served on the board.
