Ms.  Kennedy is an alumnus of the University of Mississippi, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies, enhanced with a minor in Business Administration. Her passion for healthcare management guided her to the University of New Orleans, where she attained a Master of Science in healthcare management. In the challenging era of COVID-19, Cayla was proactive in her professional growth, completing her administrator in training program and earning her Nursing Facility Administrator’s License in 2020.  Her journey in healthcare leadership continued at Lambeth House, where she first served as the Assistant Administrator and later ascended to the role of Administrator. A member of the American College of Healthcare Administrators, Cayla values mentorship, serving on their National Mentoring Committee. Committed to the betterment of healthcare, she engages with training boards and collaborates with various community organizations.
