Emily Kendall-Brown is the Housing & Data Analytics Manager at LeadingAge PA. She oversees the Association’s affordable housing efforts and Five-Star Analysis reporting and training, among other responsibilities. Making her mark outside of work hours, Kendall-Brown serves on the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board. She was appointed by the Cumberland County Commissioners in July 2024 to serve a two-year term.

Before joining LeadingAge PA in 2021, Kendall-Brown served as a research analyst for the House of Representatives and State Government Committee. She is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
