Ms. Hales has over 25 years of healthcare experience which spans from clinical nursing to healthcare administration. She began her career in the United States Army, where she received training in nursing and specialized in the areas of cardiology and abdominal transplantation. She has a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Montclair State University and an MBA from Tulane University. Prior to joining BSI in 2011, she held the position of Director of Geriatric Services Development for Tulane Medical Center, a HCA hospital, where she led the charge in strategic development for services for senior care. Her background also includes leadership positions in healthcare sales/marketing, physician relations, and business development. She has served on various boards and is a former board member of LeadingAge. Currently, she is a coach for the Leadership Academy for LeadingAge Southest.
