Vice President of Compliance
Karla Dreisbach is Vice President of
Compliance at Friends Services Alliance. With over 40 years of experience in
long-term care environments, Dreisbach has been working in compliance since
2000. She has held the position of Compliance Officer in both single-site and multi-site
organizations, including for-profit and non-profit entities.
Dreisbach’s experiences have included working with government agencies including the Office of Inspector General, the United States Attorneys’ Office, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and state health and welfare agencies. Her expertise lies in developing and implementing compliance programs that fit an organization's size, culture, and resources. She has guided organizations through difficult and complex compliance issues and is frequently a speaker at state and national conferences on compliance and other related topics.
Dreisbach holds several certifications, including Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC), and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP). She is an active member of the Healthcare Compliance Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
