Eric Britz is a Senior Project Manager at Bohler's office in Chalfont, Pennsylvania. With over two decades of experience in land development design, management, and consulting, Britz leads a team of six staff members and oversees a diverse portfolio of projects. These projects range from commercial and industrial developments to residential, senior living, multifamily, and mixed-use spaces. As an Account Manager for some of Bohler's largest clients, he ensures successful project execution at every stage.

For over 20 years, Britz has been involved in numerous senior living projects, many of which included consultation, design, and construction services focused on outdoor amenity spaces. He specializes in senior living communities and outdoor amenity areas, working closely with senior living providers and their design and operations teams to create environments that prioritize quality of life and functionality. His extensive experience encompasses the preparation and coordination of due diligence and master planning efforts, as well as zoning relief coordination and testimony, land development plan design, and the integration and design of outdoor amenity spaces.

Britz has a strong understanding of senior living development, allowing him to consult, collaborate, and design outdoor spaces that enhance resident wellness, social engagement, and connectivity with nature, while also adhering to stringent regulatory standards and client goals.
