With more than 30 years of experience in health care and aging services, Diane Burfeindt has worked with acute care, housing, home care, continuing care retirement communities, personal care/assisted living, and skilled nursing. Joining Presbyterian Senior Living in 1997, she served in a variety of leadership positions including corporate director, vice president of residential and community services, and vice president of population health before accepting the role of senior vice president of strategy and innovation. In 2022, she joined Trilogy Connect as a Managing Partner, continuing the work to bring actionable vision and strategy to organizations throughout the senior living field.

A frequent presenter on industry best practices at state and national conferences, Burfeindt received her MBA from Bloomsburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism from Shippensburg University. She has been involved in various volunteer leadership positions including assisting on the National Investment Council Planning Committee, sharing her expertise as a coach for the LeadingAge PA Fellows in Leadership program, and serving as secretary of the LeadingAge PA Board of Directors. A Larry Minnix Leadership Academy Fellow, Burfeindt is also a licensed nursing home administrator and previously served as a surveyor for CARF/CCAC.
