Vicki Loucks began her employment at Redstone Highlands in August 1993. Ms. Loucks holds a Master’s Degree in Business and a Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of the Faith Affiliated Insurance Program Health Review Committee. Ms. Loucks serves as the Vice-Chairperson of the Westmoreland-Fayette Development Board. She is also a Board member for LeadingAge PA where she serves as the Chairperson of the Education committee and a member of the Kairos Board of Directors. She has served as adjunct faculty for Penn State University in the Nursing Home Administrator program. Ms. Loucks is a 2013 Health Care Hero finalist/awardee in the category of Lifetime Achievement, through Pittsburgh Business Times.
Ms. Loucks directs and manages departments in the Health Care Center, Personal Care Homes, Apartments, Villas and Home and Community Based Service areas. She directs and oversees corporate marketing, risk management, maintenance, housekeeping, dining services, sales and public relations. She is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of budgets; assuring compliance with all federal, state, local and licensing standards; developing a Continuous Quality Improvement plan and overall operations of the Health Care Center, Personal Care Homes, Apartments and Villa Homes.
