2023 PA Nursing Facility Regulations: Guidance & Clarifications from DOH-Webinar

In this webinar, the PA Department of Health (DOH) will provide clarification on topics of interest identified by nursing facilities related to the new PA state nursing facility licensure regulations effective in 2023. Expectations related to documentation of compliance will be presented, including requirements for staffing ratios, reports to the governing body, admission requirements, and employee hiring and orientation. A review of TB testing requirements and resident involvement in developing policies for Resident Rights will also be provided. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during the webinar.

This webinar will be jointly presented by LeadingAge PA, Pennsylvania Health Care Association (PHCA), and Pennsylvania Coalition of Affiliated Healthcare & Living Communities (PACAH).
