The Fair Housing Act: Rights, Obligations, and Risk Management Considerations – Webinar

Enacted in 1968 to prevent housing discrimination based on race, color, national origin, or religion, the Fair Housing Act's (FHA) protected class coverage has expanded to include sex, familial status, and importantly, disability (among others).
