Ami Schnauber, M.P.A.

Ami Schnauber has been with HealthPro Heritage for three years. She came from LeadingAge NY, where she was the VP of Advocacy and Public Policy and acted as the lead lobbyist for the association. Additionally, she is an alumnus of the LeadingAge National Leadership Academy.

Ami spent 28 years working with NYS and the federal government as a legislative staff member and an outside lobbyist. She has worked extensively with health care providers and professionals, including physical therapy, nursing, physician, and pharmacy. She was the lead representative between providers and the government during COVID, managing collection and distribution of PPE, management of testing and vaccinations, management of staffing, visitation, communications, etc.
