Mary Kay McMahon
Mary Kay McMahon, RN, MHA, NHA, is president and chief executive officer of Fellowship Community, a continuing care retirement community in Whitehall, PA.
McMahon received her nursing diploma from Pittston Hospital School of Nursing. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Arts and a Master of Science degree in Health Services from the College of St. Francis. She is a licensed registered nurse and nursing home administrator.
She has a wealth of experience in the health care industry holding positions as senior vice president of health care services, executive director, nursing home administrator, director of nursing and assistant director of nursing with Phoebe Ministries. McMahon began her career with Allentown Osteopathic Hospital as a medical-surgical nurse, critical care staff nurse and critical care nurse manager.
McMahon has been cited as the LeadingAge PA Leader of the Year and has been a session speaker at numerous LeadingAge PA conferences. Lehigh Valley Business has honored her as one of the “Women of Influence” and a “Power 100” top leader in the Lehigh Valley.
She is a member of LeadingAge PA and LeadingAge National, PA Director of Nursing Association, Whitehall Rotary, and serves on the Lehigh County Aging and Adult Services Advisory Council, the PA Council on Aging, South East Regional Council and the Lehigh County Career and Technical Institutes Health & Medical Sciences Council.
