Ashley Lodi

Ashley Lodi has served in the senior living space since 2005. She started as a Florida Nursing Home Administrator in a CCRC environment. She has also served as an Executive Director in a community during COVID. Her love of recruitment and talent began in 2018. Her passion has evolved into strategizing ideas surrounding recruitment and retention within the senior living space serving as a Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner with LCS for the last 16 months supporting 13 communities within a portfolio that LCS manages.
