Russell Mast

As Vice President of Operations since July 2019, Russ provides coaching and support to the executive directors who lead HumanGood’s life plan communities in Oakland, CA; Summerlin, NV, and greater Philadelphia. He also co-chairs HumanGood’s national Inclusion Council. 

Previous to his tenure at HumanGood, Russ has worked in the senior living industry since 2006 through positions with Living Branches, Frederick Living and Presby’s Inspired Life. 

Russ holds an Executive MBA from Penn State, and a BA in Communications from Eastern University. In December 2023, he earned a Graduate Certificate from Penn State in Negotiation and Influence.
