Kristi holds a Master’s of Physical Therapy Degree with over 17 years of experience in rehab management. Her expertise developed throughout her career in operational oversight and support, clinical programming, wellness and activities programming, and regulatory compliance across the continuum.    

Kristi’s warm-hearted nature shines through as she serves as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Strategies and educator with HealthPRO Heritage. She utilizes her passion for healthcare, resident advocacy, and payment reform to guide and empower her colleagues through innovative strategies for success.
