Jill Fristoe

Jill Fristoe is an accounting executive with more than 20 years’ experience leading operational accounting teams.  Her career has spanned many industries giving her a unique perspective from which to pull best in class practices and drive towards process optimization utilizing both human capital and technology solutions.  Ms. Fristoe began her career in the healthcare industry and joined Asbury Communities in 2020 as an Assistant Controller.  Asbury Communities is the nation’s 15^th largest not-for-profit senior living organization with nine senior living communities, home care and home health care services, pharmacy services, therapy services, as well as Asbury Foundation, and ThriveWell Tech.
Ms. Fristoe is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Maryland University College and a Master’s degree in Taxation from American University.
