Alicia Cantinieri MBA, BSN, RN, CHC, RAC-MT, RAC-CTA, DNS-CT, QCP is the Managing Director, Clinical Reimbursement & Regulatory Compliance at Zimmet Healthcare Services Group, LLC. With an extensive and dedicated career spanning over 27 years in long-term care, she has been a valued part of the firm for more than 14 years, during which time she has held various roles.
Alicia is a nationally recognized expert and speaker in the field, specializing in the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), Minimum Data Set (MDS) process, clinical reimbursement, care planning, compliance, and quality initiatives. She is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC). Alicia holds the prestigious AAPACN Resident Assessment Coordinator-Master Teacher (RAC-MT) designation. She has also achieved certifications as a Resident Assessment Coordinator Advanced (RAC-CTA), QAPI Certified Professional (QCP), and Director of Nursing (DNS-CT).
Alicia's academic accomplishments include an MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport and a BS in Nursing from Wright State University. She demonstrates an unwavering commitment to advancing knowledge and best practices in the field.
