Sophie Campbell

Sophie Campbell, MSN, RN, CRRN, RAC-CT, CNDLTC is the Executive Director of Educational Programming and Services for PADONA (Pennsylvania Association of Directors of Nursing Administration). She has been in this position since July 2022. In this position, she supports nurse leaders and administrators in long-term care facilities in Pennsylvania through support, information and education.  Sophie has worked as a licensed nurse in healthcare for greater than 35 years and has worked for a variety of care facilities including hospital trauma unit, inpatient rehab facility (IRF), home care, quality assurance for a rehab vendor, and long-term care – with the majority of her career spent in long-term care. Sophie has worked in the positions of housekeeper, nursing assistant, RNP coordinator, RNAC, charge nurse, shift supervisor, clinical manager, admissions liaison, CNA certification class educator, staff educator, DON, quality assurance, compliance officer and CNO. Sophie most recently worked as the Director, Clinical Consulting with Baker Tilly, LLP for several years assisting long term care providers in Pennsylvania and across the country with clinical operations and education.  Sophie has presented numerous times for state and national associations at their annual conferences and provides education through PADONA for nurse leaders in long term care facilities in Pennsylvania.
