Rachel Boss

Rachel Boss is the Deputy Director of Policy at the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Rachel has been with the Department of Health since early 2021, and her work has primarily focused on managing updates to the regulations for licensed healthcare facilities. Prior to working at the Department of Health, Rachel worked in election policy and language access at the Pennsylvania Department of State. Rachel holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
