Lori Schoener Named Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) for Landis Homes

LITITZ, Pa. (March 26, 2025) — Lori comes to Landis Homes with extensive experience in aging services. She has served in roles ranging from Social Worker, Therapeutic Recreation Director, Director of Supportive Living Sales and Marketing to Nursing Home Administrator. Her most recent role as NHA included oversight of two separate licensed skilled care facilities, a 120-bed nursing home facility, a 20-bed short-term rehabilitation center, and managing a staff of 140+ healthcare professionals.
Lori holds a B.S. in Behavioral Science from Pennsylvania State University. She completed an Administrator (AIT) program in June 2020 and received her license as a Nursing Home Administrator in October 2020. Lori’s skill set includes budget planning, communication, problem-solving, and regulatory compliance.

Landis Homes, established in 1964, is a not-for-profit retirement community located in Lititz, Pennsylvania. The community is home to nearly 900 residents living in cottages, apartments, suites, personal care, and healthcare accommodations. In addition to residential options, Landis Homes offers services such as Landis Adult Day Services and Landis at Home. The organization is a member of the Landis Communities family of services.
