As Senior Director of Resident and Community Affairs and Capital Projects, Seth Beaver is responsible for leading resident-centric services including culinary services, environmental services, and the facilities departments--as well as capital projects--for Kendal-Crosslands Communities. Prior to this role, he served as the director of facilities, grounds, and capital projects for KCC. His previous experience includes leading a team responsible for resident services at Brethren Village and working at two engineering firms where he managed the civil and environmental portions of large-scale construction projects. Beaver is an accomplished leader who provides a calm and clear direction fostering healthy relationships and effective team building.
