To become a business member of LeadingAge PA, please complete this application. Once approved, you will receive an invoice for membership dues.

LeadingAge PA offers two membership options to businesses:

Business Membership Only
Joining January 1 through June 30: $1,000
Joining July 1 through November 30: $500* *This rate applies to new members only.

Business Membership with Annual Conference Exhibit
Cost based on booth availability.

Business Member Terms: Payment of Business Member dues, in full, 30 days from invoice date is required to finalize annual membership. Business Member dues are nonrefundable. Failure to pay within invoice terms will result in member benefit suspension. Failure to pay dues in full 90 days from invoice date will result in membership cancellation.

Booth Choice

Exhibit Terms: 
Neither LeadingAge PA nor its representatives, nor Kalahari Resorts & Convention Center will be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor or exhibitor's employees or property from any cause whatsoever. Upon clicking submit, the exhibitor expressly releases the aforementioned named entities and individuals from any and all claims of such loss, damage or injury. Please be advised that animals are not permitted in the exhibit hall. Exhibit booth availability is limited and subject to change. Some booth options may not be available. A representative will contact you to determine your booth location. Reservation Terms: EXPO booth reservations will be invoiced upon receipt of application for Business Member annual dues only ($1,000). Payment of Business Member dues, in full, 30 days from invoice date is required to finalize booth reservation. Business Member dues are nonrefundable. Reservations will be taken to fill a live event to full capacity. Should there be social distancing and crowd size restrictions in place that limit the number of booths allowed in the EXPO Hall, reservations will be honored in the order in which the original reservation was finalized. Invoices for the booth fee ($2,000-$2,550) balance based on booth location) will be sent out the first quarter of 2024. Full payment of booth fee is due 30 days from receiving booth fee invoice. Failure to pay within invoice terms will result in booth reservation cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations after payment has been made prior to March 31, 2024 will be entitled to a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after March 31, 2024.
